    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

Update Alert! Yooper is a genius! This came out incredibly good. Very much like a nice German Pilz yet not as dry. Almost Czech-like.

Thanks Yooper! I'll be patient and let it carb up and age for couple of weeks.

    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

Yooper, or anyone else----- My beer reached 1.010 at 14 days. Sample tasted pretty decent, then cold crashed for two days, then kegged. I tasted some yesterday (it's only been under pressure for two days but I could not resist) and it tasted very watery and not too flavorful. I usually...

    Frozen kegs

FYI. Just so this doesn't happen to anyone else.... I picked up a refill of my 20lbs co2 tank on My way to the airport. The tank sat in the back of my Suburban for four days and probably reached temps of 110 plus. Brought the tank home at the end of my trip and hooked it up to my keezer...

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Just leave it in the primary. If you can, turn down the temp and cold crash for a couple days before transferring to keg. I almost never secondary anymore. I've made this recipe and it is crystal clear. You can even use a little gelatin in the keg once it's cold. This is a CCC I made with...

    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

Has anyone made both Yoopers YF and BM's CCC? Can anyone compare and contrast them? I made a CCC with all SAAZ that is outstanding but I always like to do something different and Y's YF looks good... Any help, comments are appreciated.. JB

Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

A quick update. I was very impressed with the clarity and visual impression of this beer but, to be honest, a little disappointed with the taste. I'm a hop head concerning ales and a beer snob who loves Czech pils. I'm totally biased and spoiled because I get to travel to Europe regularly...

American IPA Ithaca Flower Power Clone

The beer turned out outstanding! Perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of bitterness to maltiness, with a hint of sweetness. To say it is Hoppy is an understatement. I originally thought it was too sweet, but after letting it age for about 10-14 days it is great. A little darker than...
