    What are you drinking now?

    My Memorial Ale, Pale ale with black pepper infusion. 1.3 oz peppercorn added @15 min, left in fermenter. Easy to drink more than one.

    Cayenne Amber Ale, sampling a batch bottled 1 week, a little harsh, no mistaking the cayenne.

    1st all-grain - smelly pilsner

    Sampled another last night, 99% of odor was gone. I moved a case from my basement (68F) to the garage where it is closer to 80F, not sure if that helped but I'll take the end result. Thanks for all the input

    I did a full boil. It took a couple days to take off, I went out of town day 2,nothing happening, came home day 4 and it was going just fine

    I attempted an all grain pilsner - Czeck yo self Pilsner. I had not read enough info about mashing and drained my cooler through a sanitized internal strainer.     New in Georgia

    Patiently waiting on my bottled Czech pilsner, 1st all-grain. This is the second brew I attempted, the first one did not suck at all. Beginners luck?
