I've two kegs ready for conversion. How many couplers should I weld with to start? I am thinking one for a ball valve ond one for a thermometer to start on each.

I've got the same unit sitting in my garage. Hadn't tried to fit four kegs. Looks like I am going to need to move my CO2 tank outside the unit and get some single handle kegs or did you reomve the handles?

You might try cutting some slots in your door and using weatherstripping that is made to put into the kerf you cut. Amesbury Group Foam-Tite - Weatherseals The leaf seal "D" sould be good for the interior jamb.

Has a coworker use a plasma cutter and he cleaned it up with a grinder. He was already cutting his kegs and cut mine for me.

I have some extra DME in the fridge if you think I need to up the gravity. How often do I need to be checking the oak? I was going to check daily but is that often enough? Any guesses on how long to let it in the secondary? 1 or 2 days or more like a week?
