    Looking to trade

Nugget nectar is only brewed in the spring so is not super fresh. But it's the freshest your going to get until next spring. It's pretty rare to still find it available this late in the year around here so the chances of finding it again this year are slim.

    Bottling with honey?

Have you tried bottling with Buckwheat Honey? I have a jar and I love the flavor of it. I know some people say it has a barnyard taste, but I have never tasted this, just molasses. Just wondering if it works well and comes out with a good taste? I am making an American Pale Ale.

    Buckwheat honey?

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just picked up some buckwheat honey from Whole Foods. I know they have some stores down in FL. It really wasn't too expensive but it tastes great. I can't wait to use it in a beer, it tastes very dark, almost like molasses.
