    Sorry to interrupt, I'm curious on the ease of installing and removing the pickup tube and false bottom from these kettles. Any concerns on removing the tube for cleaning purposes after each brew? Or is that a non issue?

    Is quick cooling of yeast starter wort necessary?

    When you say filled to the brim...You literally mean all the way up? Or do you stop 1/4 inch from the top or so? I like this idea and am planning to implement with my next starter.
