Thanks for the idea. I did think about just removing the existing fittings, but they already have caps on them. Since I don't know how many kegs I'll hook up at a time in the future, I'd like to be able to just cap any outlets I'm not using. But if I can't find any other solution, this...

Thanks for the help. Looks like assembling my own barb is the way to go. I don't have a super close LHBS, which is why I was trying to use hardware stores. But, at least I know what I need. Thanks.

And don't worry about throwing out good yeast. If you save the three pint jars, you can make three more batches of beer. Then you wash and have 9 starters. Then 27 by 4th generation. Trust me. You are going to end up throwing out lots of yeast.

Definitely haven't brewed any more than the 200 gallons allowed by law in my state. Nice try, coppers!
