    2014 Brew Riot

Necktie Brewery will be there again this year. Third year for us. Always an amazing time. Happy to answer any questions for first timers.

    DFW - Brew Riot 2013

If I remember correctly, you guys had the Jabba the Wit. Nice job on that one.

    DFW - Brew Riot 2013

I was one of the guys with Necktie Brewery. We definitely talked. I had the handlebar moustache going, so I'm assuming you remember me. Great to meet other brewers in the real world.

    Yeast washing question

And don't worry about throwing out good yeast. If you save the three pint jars, you can make three more batches of beer. Then you wash and have 9 starters. Then 27 by 4th generation. Trust me. You are going to end up throwing out lots of yeast.

How many gallons of Homebrew in 2012?

Definitely haven't brewed any more than the 200 gallons allowed by law in my state. Nice try, coppers!
