    What's the worst craft brew (commercial) you've had?

    I bought the 12 pack sampler that contained that beer. All the others were okay, but I had to pour that one down the sink. Like drinking a bottle of alcoholic maple syrup...which at first thought sounds delicious. Trust me...it's not. Too much of everything (maple and pecans) and no subtleness.

    You've gotten some good advice. If it were me, I would put them in cardboard boxes or Tupperware containers and put them in a closet. Every 3-4 days, I would crack one, see how far along they are on the fermentation, and when they got to a good carb level, throw them in my beer fridge. At...

    Airlock activity in the carboy

    Relax, don't worry, have a homebrew. I think you're going to be fine. Let it sit for a couple of weeks in the secondary, put it in some bottles and enjoy it. I hardly ever get any airlock activity from the secondary.
