Single Tier Brew Stand with BCS460 Complete Build

Your eye for detail here is really impressive. Couple questions for ya: I'm guessing you weld professionally, or at least as a result of your profession since it takes some serious confidence (read: cajones) to fabricate a gas manifold yourself. I also saw the soap test pic. How'd the soap...

Show Me Your Wood Brew Sculpture/Rig

Hey guys. Was finally able to get my rig to the point where I could actually brew on it. Relatively incomplete but was built to be a generational stand, to be able to go from two-tier to one tier when I was ready for it. It's half wooden half metal, hope no one minds. This was taken...

    Silicone Camlock Dustcovers

Not sure if this helps but I'm in the same boat: woodworking + the wind seems to blow everything into the garage fairly quickly. This was supposed to be a quick fix until I could get proper covers but they seem to work really well. Snug fit even in the horizontal keggle QD's. The...

    Test: Rhino Fart Fermentation Filter

Hey fellow DIY'ers. This is a proof of concept that was inspired by a poster here that was talking about making an air filter from cotton and carbon that fit on top of an airlock. Will the OP please stand up? I'm sure I've almost broken the search page trying to find it and I'd like to give...

    Fart filter

It works great ! I had my first on a 1 gallon bottle and now use them on my 3 and 5's as well. No blowouts yet and best of all ZERO smell. Cool deal. I'll definitely have to work a couple of these up. Thanks for the great idea! ...oh and BOOMER SOONER! :rockin:

    Fart filter

There are several ales (german kolsch) that i love but don't brew simply because it makes my office smell like godzilla took a sh*t in the middle of it. Does it work well? This would be very, very useful. Just have to watch out for blow-outs for the first few days?

    Homemade Mash Paddle Pics

Yeah that's very impressive! I used maple. It's not bad once you get used to it. You'll need a wood burning tool to run the darkened details like that. They can be bought pretty cheap too at your local dept stores. Best of luck!

    Homemade Mash Paddle Pics

Thanks :mug: Took about a month working a little at a time on it. I drew alot (A TON) as a kid and have always been kinda creative but the only real things that i came up with myself was the tribal'ish pattern and the outline (horns etc) of the paddle. Everything else was...

    Homemade Mash Paddle Pics

I've dabbled. I got a set of carving knives from my stepdad and started playing around. The handle is combination carving knives and dremel carved: Here's the weave grip being carved out, all carving knives except for the drill holes between the weaves: Finished weave grip...

    Kegcowboy.com

Update: Recieved this order today. They sent a 3-way manifold with two check valves and a plug in the middle. The hose was all there. The upgrade on the manifold makes me feel a little better about the whole thing. Sorry to say that it won't make me feel comfortable about using this...
