    Ok so People talk about aging their bottled home-brew but what about a aging beer in a keg what is the best way to accomplish this.

    Beer taste different after I kegged it.

    I did a black IPA after fermentation I tasted it it was pretty good nice and hoppy. After I kegged it it was much sweeter. I know people say to let the beer age in bottles but does that also apply when kegging and if so I long should I let it sit before drinking?

    stuck again?!?!

    Ok so I am brewing a Black IPA starting gravity was 1.090 I probably underpitched I used wl090 And made a 500ml Starter. After I pitched the yeast the fermentation went crazy (even blew the lid of the ferment bucket). At day 10 I checked gravity it was at 1.030. Temp was a little cool about 64...

    krausen

    So my question is once the krausen drops is the fermentation still going? My OG was 1.090 10 days in 1.030 with no krausen. It does have so bubbles rising to the top. Thanks in advance.

    Underpitched?!?

    So I'm new to brewing only 2 batches in. I like big beers so that's what I'm trying to brew. I did a black ipa at 1.090 did a 500 ml starter of WL San Diego super yeast 090. I know I souls have probably made a bigger starter, but will this get the job done or should I pitch another vial? Thanks...
