After applying the final bit of grout (Summer Wheat) to my newly laid tile floor I went outside to clean out the bucket. As I sprayed water inside the bucket a thick layer of brown foam formed across the top of the water. I had an immediate urge to get the blow-off tube!

I have made two 5g batches of Wit using LME @ 15min. Finished beer was slightly darker (light golden color) than the standard Wit profile. However, my taste-buds didn't notice any difference at all!

Thaks for the welcome! So, what I'm getting out of this so far is: Good beer + friends/family = NO REAL BEER! And... SIZE (of the batch) DOES MATTER!:D
