Wisconsin Keg Cowboy 30 Plate Chiller $45

Looking to sell this Keg Cowboy 30 plate chiller. It's not pretty, there is a dent in the side and the labeling is hard to read from being baked to clean the gunk out. It still works perfectly though. Looking to get $45 shipped. I can also include the brackets that I was using for it.

FastFerment to Mark II Carboy Cleaner Adapter

Haven't seen this posted before but I wanted to clean my FastFerment with my Mark II carboy cleaner but they just don't line up. So a simple fix is to use a 6" to 4" pvc adapter. It fits everything perfectly! Just make sure your ball valve is closed!!

    Oak Spiral/Bourbon Question

I bought some Oak Spirals to try in a milk stout I have in primary right now. Want to give it a bourbon barrel flavor. My question is can I sanitize the spirals and let it secondary with them and then just add the bourbon when kegged? Or is there a different better way to go about this?

Perlick Flow Control serving Root Beer

I want to have root beer on tap in my keezer but don't want to have 30' of line sitting in there. Would the Perlick Flow Control tap work to reduce foaming using like 10' of line? Or is there any other way so I don't have a foamy mess (possibly carbing at 30-35psi and dropping to serving...

    HERMS element question

Would a 1500W or 2000W element be enough to maintain temperature in a HLT for a HERMS system? I don't have the means to go 240 volts right now so I'm looking for something I can use with the 120V I have in my rentals garage. I have a RIMS system but would like to switch to a HERMS. I'm sure I...

    WSM size?

I'm looking to get my first smoker and I've been going back and forth on all options of cabinet smokers, charcoal, gas, electric and while they're cheap they seem to require too many modifications to work properly. So then I started looking at the Weber Smokey Mountains and while more expensive...

    Boil Over Safeguard

Don't know if this would work to prevent boil overs in homebrewing...but the video shows it working pretty well. Only downsize is the biggest opening you can use is 10" so it may not work with a lot of pots http://www2.pulsetv.com/Boil-Over-Safeguard/productinfo/6198/

Auber Sous Vide for RIMS system

I know it's probably more expensive but is there any reason not to use an Auber Sous Vide temp controller for a rims system? http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=44

    Oxiclean ruined my bottles!

So I recently had a unique problem while cleaning/delabeling bottles. I put them in my 7 gallon bucket with a scoop of oxiclean like I always have, let them sit overnight and pulled them out. They all have junk stuck to them (inside and out). It's almost like salt or something and only comes...

    Hot Plate for Brewing?

Ok here's the deal. My fiancee and I are moving in together in a couple weeks. The place we're renting has a glass top stove which I know isn't ideal for brewing. I normally brew AG in the garage with a propane burner but since this is an apartment there is no outdoor water spigot to run the...
