I measured out the different volumes I needed lowest to highest and put in my kettle. I then marked my mash paddle. I did this three times to verify the level. I then cut a v notch on the paddle. I just use the paddle to know how much is in the pot.

I have been brewing MW Hop Head Double IPA.
But was looking at Austin's. Brew House ADH Double IPA.
Any suggestions or comments? I am almost out of my IPA, so I need to brew some more.
I was also looking at the saint arnold's Ellis's clone, for my non hop head friend's
I just had this last night in DC. A great beer. Wife loved it.
