I havent brewed yet. I am still waiting on the Thermonator to be delivered or I would have brewed over the weekend. Hopefully I can brew when I get back from Mexico in 2 weeks. I have a buddy coming out for the GABF and promised him 4 beers on tap
I recently moved into a new house and there was a ton of 2x4's left behind. So I decided to put them to good use. I meant to take more pictures but once I start building I get overly focused. Some pictures are 2003 cell phone quality.
I want to brew this tomorrow but i will be traveling in 10 days. Would it still be okay if i cold crashed it in 14 days and does it make a difference if i cold crash it in the keg?
Thanks for the help
Cheers
I just switched from standard to perlicks. I wish i started with the Perlicks, because if you dont get them now you will later. They are so much better and never stick like the standard ones do.
I cold crashed a trippel and hooked it up to gas when i went out of town last week. When I tried it it was still a little harsh (10.5%). Should I pull it and let it sit at room temp or let it sit in the keezer?
Sounds like a great reason to drive up to left hand and drink all day. If the English Pale Ale i brewed a week and half ago is ready in time, its in. Would it be weird if I submitted a Left Hand Milk Stout Clone?
