    Mr Beer Rootbeer tastes funky

    Hi Everyone, I am new to homebrew... I made my first batch last week, and while it doesn't taste BAD, it does have a strange taste that I am attributing to the yeast. Anyone have experience with these kits? Is it the yeast?? Or is it just a crappy rootbeer?? thanks
