    5 Gallon (e)Keggle?

    I've got a 5 gallon sanke keg and I'm toying with the idea of converting it into an e-kettle for 1-2 gallon eBIAB batches. Has anyone used a small keg as a kettle before? Any issues I might run into with such a tall, narrow vessel?
