    My beer tastes like a skunk's buttocks

    Really gross after 1 week in the primary and 3 in secondary. It tasted great when I racked it....now it is overly bitter with some astringency and grossness. To bottle or not to bottle?

    Dry hop recommendation

    Hi all I boiled my first partial mash recipe a few days ago and was hoping to get your advice on what variety of hops to use for the dry hop once I rack it into the secondary....I love a hoppy aroma but haven't had time to smell all of the different varieties.     Is this an infection? (pic)

    Hi guys, I am a pretty new brewer. This is a great forum. The beer is about 14 days old, 7 days in the secondary. This schmutz is starting to form on the sides of the carboy....is this bacteria or just yeast being yeasty? What to do, friends? Pic is in link...
