    Irish Red suggestions, thoughts?

    Hey guys I've been throwing this recipe around for a while, I can never seem to land on a final version. I know i would like to lager it and I chose 2042 Danish Lager because its one of my favorites and should lend a dry finish. How does it's latest iteration look? Oh, and the odd grain...
