    to start, I just can't find an easy way to sanitize my equipment. I just used Saniclean for the first time and I know that its a "no rinse" sanitizer but does that apply to everything I'm using, i.e. racking hose, bottle caps etc., or just to the carboy and bottles? I'm a little weary of not...

    Hydro Reading

    My brew is in its primary fermenter. I think it may be time to bottle but the trub at the bottom of my carboy prevents me from getting a cleat sample with my wine thief. Will this cloudy settiment change my hydrometer reading and do I need to find a way to obtain a clearer sample? And if so how?
