    pitch more or not

    I recently brewed a chocolate coffee stout and finished up with an og of 1.10. Pitched one bag of 100 bil yeast. My question is "is there a such thing as over pitching?" finished quick and am thinking i should have handled high gravity different. Either way i'll enjoy drinking it. Never stop...

    time upon log in

    This may seem extremely anal,how do I get the time on my log in section to be corrected.It's not 11-26 11:24am I visit way more than that!
