    Caps come off too easy

    Keeping lid on pot during boil

    I will be using a Nuwave PIC Pro to boil my next batch of beer. For a 3 gallon boil it took about 50 minutes to get there it has a strong boil with lid on but when removing lid it tapers off to light boil. How will leaving lid on affect it.
