    Youngs Brewbuddy Cider FG ?

    The instructions say a FG of 998 required before bottling. Its been in the bucket for eight days and the last three days i've had a reading of 1006. Is it ready for bottling? Or is 998 the FG for the stronger brew? Mine is the 5% version.
