    Stalled Fermentation

    Hey Guys, I'm brewing a Cream Ale using WLP051 on a 1bbl electric system. OG 1.065 It's been 2 and 1/2 weeks in the conical. On week two a gravity was taken with a hydrometer at 1.026. I have the ol' shake/swirl of the conical and increased temp to help the yeast activate. I'm still seeing...
