    How much yeast?

    I was thinking about fermenting whiskey, not distilling. for three weeks? one gallon 1 cup corn 1 cup sugar a little beer dme wheat, not sure how much distill yeast? in a plastic bucket? little air

    blue mold?

    Was trying to make a legal whiskey fermented with cracked corn champaign yeast.tiny batch.maybe quarter gallon. but it turned into a blue dusty film on top. maybe too much sugar? missing american wheat.
