    Cloudy

    I am day 9 of a Coopers (Brew A) IPA. I feel that SG has stabilized. Temp has been at 75F/24C It smells and tastes OK. But the batch looks very cloudy. Any suggestions? Should I rack to secondary fermenter or wait or go ahead and bottle.

    Is there a term for this?

    It's been a long time since I have made any beer (15 years and only from kits). I have no recipes from then but I remember using two cans and little or no sugar. Is there a name or term for doing it that way. I tried looking it up but it's hard when you don't know what you're looking for.:confused:

    Does anyone even have a best guess on this? I had a thought, but no idea if it would work. I live in a desert area and some of the wine from local wineries actually has a bit of a sage flavor simply from growing close to sage.
