I have a recipe that calls for 6# strawberry and 1.5# lactose at 2nd days after fermentation start. My question is, the light grain bill won't bring gravity to 1.073 it only puts it at about 1.05.... something anyhow will the strawberries that early In Fermentor add the additional points needed...
