    Edgestar BR3001 help

    I have an Edgestar BR3001 kegerator and want to move the CO2 tank outside. Any recommendations on where to drill the holes without damaging the unit? I checked with Edgestar support and they were less than helpful.

    Force Carb at room temp

    I have a batch of beer ready to keg but I don't have a fridge/freezer ready to hold it yet. Can I keg it and start to force carb at room temp and then later cool it down to serving temp? Room temp is about 68F.

    I have a 10 gallon Bayou Classic which included a dial thermometer about 5 inches from bottom. I also have a Javelin Pro digital. While heating to my strike temp (158F) both thermos were within a degree of each other. But once I added my grains, I was reading 150F with Javelin but the BC thermo...
