I posted in the Apfelwine thread but now some research has me wondering. Has anyone found a solution for "bag in a box" boxed wine for home brew? I've got 3 full batches of apfelwein brewing, and when they're done I'd like to put some in growlers and some in wine boxes. Any thoughts?

Last night I racked my Brewers Best wheat beer to secondary. I won't be able to bottle for a few more days. After racking I noticed the white spots at the top (today). Did my research and the general consensus seems to be "no biggie". Wanted a second opinion. Any thoughts?
