    What method of beer clearing do you use?

    I have the ability to cold crash in a fridge or I could use gelatin. I would like to minimize rackings and I do have the ability to keg using cornys. I'm stuck trying to figure out the advantages to secondary vs cold crash vs gelatin.

    First batch of beer. When to carb it.

    I brewed a Hefeweizen almost 3 weeks ago. Primary for 14 days. Racked to keg and set to 3psi with O2 purged. , left at room temp. This Sunday will be 3 weeks. Do I toss it in the kegerator and set and forget it at 10psi? Then try it at 4 weeks? Or let it hang out at room temp in the...

    Couple questions after my first brew day.

    Where do you store your tools, tubbing, theif, cups, spoons etc when you are brewing? I let everything sit in starsan during my brewing then grabbed it and used what I needed. Can you take a dip in starsan then let it air dry on the counter? Or is the proper way to use it wet? Brew pot size...
