    Hop pellets on top of fermentation

    All my krausen looks like it is hop pellet trub. Fermentation is going normal but I forgot to strain my wort before transferring into the 1gal fermenter. Should I shake it to re suspend all the crushed hops sitting on top? Or let it ride and hope they fall after fermentation has stopped?
