    Hi all, I made a mixed fruits cider for the Mrs but this tasted more like wine and wasn't particularly tastey lol! Can anyone help with a simple recipe for an apple or strawberry cider...? Thanks for any help! :)

    First Cider

    Hi all, im looking at making my Mrs some strawberry or raspberry cider... can anyone tell me the correct ratio of juice, sugar and water. Also what juice should I use...? Thanks for any advice :)

    First Cider Brew Attempt!!

    Can anyone help... Im looking at brewing the Mrs some kind of raspberry cider can anyone recommend an easy fast way please...? Ive been reading Nottingham yeast is a good one to use... But how much sugar etc is required and would I need to back sweeten this...? Sorry im a novice lol! Any help...

    First Home Brew Attempt

    First time brewer here... just looking for some info.... im doing coopers european larger.... All mixed up I took OG and in was around 1.030 is this normal...? Everything went to plan and its been brewing for 4 days now at around 21C.... What can I expect....? Cheers for any info!!!
