    bad bottle of good beer.

    I hate it when that happens!! I got a bottle of Gulden Draak the other day and it was pretty flat and just didn't taste right. down the drain it went. Expensive throw away, I tell you!!!!:mad:

    Kentucky Common Beer

    have any of you ever made this beer? Sounds interesting just because I am from Kentucky and it is not something that they really made after Prohibition. What I read said that some brewers did it with a sour mash and basically flipped the cron and barley quantities that you wold use in a bourbon...

    Newer than new.

    VERY new guy from St. Petersburg, FL. Haven't even brewed yet, but I plan to spend way too much money and make many messes in the near future.:rockin:
