    home brewers going pro

    What in amount of time experience-wise you've done, seen, or heard of someone going from home brewer to professional brewer? In a small restaurant or brewpub with 3-5 brews on tap (5 gallons per brew)

    has anyone just jumped into 5-10 gallon e-biab with no experience or maybe a couple of 1 gallon batches under their belt? I'm thinking of doing it, just with possibly 2-4 1 gallon batches of experience

    Greetings from Laredo, Texas

    Hello everyone, I am a new home brewer. After many years of wanting to do this it finally happened. I have two 1 gallon batches going on 2 weeks. Just bottled and hope all turns out well. I just ordered two more kits. want to get as much as experience possible and learn as much as I can.
