I've been playing around with a idea to make a pineapple jalapeno, or perhaps habanero , pilsner. I just bottled a prior batch of a watermelon wheat which has come out pretty good pre-carbonation (fingers crossed) and I made that one using juice from watermelons I reduced into a syrup. Question...
