    When to Add Wildflower Honey

I'm brewing a honey red wheat beer tomorrow and had a question about when to add the 1.5 lbs of wildflower honey. Should I add it after I mash and pull the bag (BIAB) out, right before I start my boil? I emailed the company and they haven't responded back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm kind of new to all grain brewing and didn't know if...

Best way to add more spice to my pumpkin ale

I tried my pumpkin ale today (10 days after brew day) and it is a little weak in the spice department. I was told that you'll lose a lot of spice flavor during fermentation. How should I add more pumpkin pie spice? Should I add it to my primary for a couple of days or add before bottling? I...

Should I dry hop in 7.8 gallon bucket primary or 5 gallon glass carboy secondary?

This is a personal preference question. 7.8 bucket: too much head space 5 gallon glass carboy: I hate to transfer beer, much harder to get the hops in the small mouth, and hard to siphon with loose hops. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew
