NOOB mistake - I ran out of One Step mid batch and grabbed CraftMeisters Oxygen Brewery Wash to finish up cleaning and sanitizing. "Assuming" it was the same as One Step - didn't read the directions, and didn't rinse. Should I toss my batch and start over? Would hate to "poison" someone...
