    Just got back from the brewery...

    So i just got back from a local brewery thats closing, and i managed to score 15 pounds of hops... 4 pounds of centenial, 4 pounds of amarillo, and 8 pounds of the two mixed together, i put it all in ziplock bags, but what else can i do to make sure that these hops stay good? i also scored...

    made a quick label for my best brew

    after giving my neighbor a sample of my beer, he offered me 100 dollars for 125 12 oz bottles of my Comet Ale (My best tasting beer) so i quickly went about making up a label and printed them off, so without furthur ado, this is what it looks like:
