    Is my beer ruined

    I brewed an AG DIPA on Sunday and last night our power went out at 3 a.m. and has yet to come back on. When I woke up at 10 a.m. the carboy temp was 52 deg. Being as im only into primary 3 or 4 days is the beer ruined.

    Speidel Ferm Chambers??

    I have just recently discovered Speidel ferm chambers at my LHBS and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. I have recently converted to 10 gal batches as well as all grain and could use the extra ferm space. Are they worth the money? Are they air tight? Any help would be appreciated.

    Is it ok to open fermentor to check gravity?

    I was curious if its ok to open my fermentor to check gravity readings. Does it cause problems b/c of the oxygen intake? Any help would be nice
