    PBW / Star San question

Today I my keg kicked. I washed / shook with PBW. Do I have to star san keg right away or can I wait until next batch? Also, I'm bone dry on co2. Is it ok to wait to run PBW through keg dip stick? I don't want to dissemble keg. I did victoriously shake keg while cleaning. Will this be enough...

    Co2 tank sweating

Hey guys, I knows I've posted a lot of questions recently but is it okay for a co2 tank to "sweat" or have slight liquid running down them during the deforest cycle of my mini fridge? Just worried because I know liquid and co2 do not mix. Any advice would be nice. I use a 4.4 cu ft magic chef...

    Purging tank after co2 change?

I'm kegging next week for the first time. I plan on getting brew cold, turn psi to 30 for 24 hours then down to 7-10 range for another 24 hours. My question is after I change from 30 to 7 psi do I purge the tank completely before adjusting to a new psi level?

Hey all! I have a weird question to ask you, I brewed up an Oberon clone (all grain) on Saturday. Cannot decide which Kegerator is best

    American cream ale question

My cream ale is now bottled and have been carbing up for about a week, I threw one in the fridge this morning to try it out and it closely resembles a shock top belgian white beer I tried. Is this what it's suppose to taste like? I was imagining more of a cream flavor I suppose. I know it still...

    Brewers best fermentation question..

Today marks day 4 of primary fermentation. I did not take an OG reading simply because I forgot. The airlock has slowed dramatically, typically 1 bubble per 30 seconds. The brewers best instructions say if you are racking to a secondary to do it BEFORE fermentation is complete. Would now be a...
