I am looking at making Belhaven Wee Heavy clone recipe calls for 6.8 HUB. I am assuming that stands for home brewing bittering units but am unsure if I am supposed to add 6.8 oz of Whitbread Golding hops or is there a formula? I need to know how much to add so that I know how much to purchase.

Making a Belgian stout just found out we did get the S-33 yeast when we purchased the other ingredients. Only yeast we have in the house is Us-04 and US-05. Which one should I use? Closest jobs is 2 hours away and we are 2/3 way through.
