    Opinions please

    So I got beer in the fermenter (I generally only use a primary) two weeks ago tomorrow. The recipe says to keep it in there for three weeks however I am considering bottling it tomorrow. I want to be ready for Christmas and a I feel like it will be better off with an extra week bottle...
