Beer kits in a can…. Anyone else?

My extract syrup is sent to me in a bag. Think it is easier this way and to me the stuff in a can is usually darker for some reason. Maybe this stuff is fresher?

Heady Topper- Can you clone it?

Northern Brewer Support (or lack of)

I never used them. Even when they had good and fast service they cost too much. When I lived in NH I shopped at my LHBS Jaspers and they taught me to brew. After I moved I kept ordering from them at their website (boomchugalug). They ship me my stuff to MA sometimes the next day! I...

I did this one about 6 months ago. Savoring the last few and getting ready to make it again. I did the extract version last time but going to do try the all grain version this time. Takes longer but I want to play with grain and maybe use pilsner. 11.9 lbs American 2 - Row 8 oz 20L...

Thanks for the help. Going to purchase some brewing software before next batch. This way I can play with the recipes and still get a good final beer.

Size of Greenlee knockout punch for 1/2" barb

1/2 inch knock out punch makes a 7/8 inch hole. Are you looking to make 1/2 hole? I punched a 7/8 hole for my valve and 1/2 hole for my thermometer. The knockout punch that makes the 1/2 inch hole was a ***** to find. Finally found it on amazon.
