I'm curious about this as well as mines been in just over two weeks and although still bubbling it is very little. Does the krausen dropping and settling mean its ready to bottle?

This is the head, should I mix it in or leave it alone? Just I don't see any bits floating around the rest of the demijohn??

So I set a very small half gallon demijohn away consisting of:
90g sugar
1/2tsp champagne yeast
1 litre 100% apple juice (no preservatives
And the big boo boo- 1 litre juice drink which contains only 14% fruit juice :( didn't realise til two hours later that it was a juice drink argh! Is it...
