I started brewing in 2021, needed something to do. I watched a video on YouTube and started all grain brewing that weekend, I did not know there was any other method until my Wife purchased me 3 extract beer kits in March of 24.

- Started allgrain brewing right off the bat in 2021. I did not know there was another way. I used a turkey fryer, igloo coolers, and 6 gallon buckets. Now I brew in a Clawhammer all in one system and use a preasure fermintor, temp controller fermintor, kegerator.........and so on and so on.
Although I enjoy using the new shiny stuff, the first batch I ever did tasted just a good as the fancy equipment does.
