    Picobrew Z

Has anyone received a Pico pack adapter yet?

Why not just use the circulate function or what ever it’s called while it’s cooling, and a sanitized keg wand to pump it into the bubbler? That’s what I did for my first batch, except into a 3 gallon better bottle.

    Brewie+ vs Picobrew Z

Two of your Cons here. First one is not correct. That’s the whole point of the Z vs their smaller units. Just like the zymatic, you can use regular ingredients. I look forward to doing both. The 2nd one is a non issue for I would think most people (especially on an Internet forum) considering...

Quick-disconnect airlock for corny keg? (is there a better way?)

Is it just a one way valve? The problem there would be getting a vacuum in a corny if you seal it up before it completely cools and starts producing CO2. I don't think corny's are able to handle vacuums well.

    Picobrew Z

Well I think the idea is (and has always been from the pictures on the website) that each Z in the stack uses its own 5 gallon keg weather your brewing 1 or 4 different recipes a a time. You as the brewer could then combine the batches into one fermenter or not. I think doing it this way is the...

Ok so now that people should be getting their Z1's in the next week, how do we build recipes? is the new software released? Do you use the old version? Is there a way to get into the software without a serial number and mess with it before mine comes in April?

Ohio E-Kettle and system FS Columbus

Monday Bump. Make me an offer, this stuff needs a new home and someone that will use it.

I just placed my preorder on Friday. Have there been any recent updates other than starting shipping in July?

I am switching to a Pico Z because I don't have time to brew with two young kids and you know, Life. So I am selling pretty much everything I have except for Kegs and Kegerator. I'll throw some prices up on here, but make me an offer and would prefer local pickup, but I can ship smaller items...

    2.5-3 gallon 4500W E-Brewery Build

I'm not sure of the measurements of the MegaPots, but I would think you would want something fairly tall and skinny. If you're doing a 2.5 gallon batch, thats not very much in the kettle at the end of a boil, keeping your element submerged, and all the necessary fittings or if you have a false...

Ice Concentration, Separation, Refermentation, & Resurrection

Any reason why you couldn't freeze in a keg, dispense out what doesn't freeze, melt the frozen part and referment it, slowly adding back the first part of the beer? Seems like it might be easier/cleaner than doing it in a bowl with a funnel

    Oak Cubes for 3 months?

I just filled my morebeer stainless infusion tube. I couldn't fit the entire 2 ounces in, so I estimate it was an ounce and a half.

    Oak Cubes for 3 months?

It ended up working out great. The oak cubes were in the beer for about 4 and a half months at 35 or so degrees. It turned out to have a really nice oaky taste, not overpowering. I think the key was the lower temperature.
