Just went and did a YouTube check for recent vids...only two. I think the folks that are actually brewing this on a regular basis are still hiding out and working on thier own recipe's. Its been around five years now, this should have exploded. Ahh well.
Just thought I'd throw this this out on the mat, The Dark Tower movie is due for release in January 2017. Perfect you recipes before then. I can imagine that summer being full of Graf makers.

If you wait that extra week like Brandon says, it will clear by then. All 20 something batches that I have made take approx five to seven days and they start pouring clear (i can watch TV through the lighter ones).

I just pitched my 12th batch, my first was in April. I now have narrowed my brew focus and only brew Graff's and Braggot's because of this recipe.
Finally broke down and made the OG recipe. I have been sippin off the keg for a week, the only change I made was three pounds light DME. To those that are researching their first Graf....DO IT!.
My tastes lean towards making this with a Dark IPA (extra dark DME/LME and grains). But the OG...
