Between having more time after tearing my ACL and PCL and having more space from buying a home I have seen a significant increase in my brewing. With a goal of brewing once a week I plan to soon be able to fill an Olympic sized pool with my glistening libation.

I'm looking to soon begin both All Grain and Kegging with grandiose plans for a "bar" in my garage. Luckily it is an area quarantined from my fiancé. I'm also looking to go to pure electric brews with the eventuality of working on some semi-auto systems if I can figure out the systems.

I'm a Plastics and Tooling Engineer by trade and I would be lying if the majority of my engineering prowess didn't go to drinking in one way or another. It makes sense when you learn that I've been playing Rugby for the last 11 years...
