I use wooden stakes with an eyelet screw on top. They've been in the ground for 3 years and still work great. I had the stakes already, and they eyelet screws were about $0.50 each.
My latest take on this recipe is a session NEIPA, and it came out really good so I thought I'd share (this was a double batch so I'm going to post percentages):
70% Pils
16% white wheat malt
12% flaked oats
2% acid malt
Water profile:
Ca+2 Mg+2 Na+ Cl- SO4-2 mash pH
117.5...
My preferred method of 'filtering' is to slip a hop bag from wilserbrewer over then end of my racking cane and secure it with a zip tie. I started doing this after several frustrating clogs during closed transfers (even after cold crashing) and it's been a big improvement.
Galaxy is probably the hop I use least in this style...
I think any combination of Mosaic + any other fruit forward hop (Azacca, El Dorado, Amarillo, Citra, Ekuanot, any Australian hop) will be great.
My recent recipe used 1oz each Citra and Mosaic cryo in the keg, and I thought that was pretty spot on. Here's a post from Mike Tonsmiere where he used the same amount

Yeah, I purge 6-10 times after dropping the hop bag in.
Also, I don't normally keep the lid open that long. I'm usually pretty quick about it but my social media manager (aka my wife) wanted a shot of the bag in the keg for artistic effect.
Here's my process for keg hopping:
1. Do closed transfer as normal
2. Set keezer pressure to 35-40psi for 24 hours
3. Come back after the 24 hour burst carb and sanitize a hop bag from wilser brewer (usually just a soak in iodophor, but I do boil them ever few uses)
4. Add up to 2 oz of cryo...
If you are up for experimenting, you should try keg hopping with cryo hops. It's straight lupulin powder with all vegetal matter removed from the pellet so it's entirely different experience than keg hopping with normal pellets.
They are more expensive, but due to their potency you only use...
Here's my latest. Grain bill I've settled on is:
37.5% Pils
37.5% Golden Promise
15% Flaked oats
10% Wheat malt
Bittering hops are between 35-40 IBUs.
Post boil hopping for this batch:
@ Flame Out: 1 oz each Mosaic/Citra/Galaxy
@ 170F: 1 oz each Mosaic/Citra/Galaxy
@ 48 Hours into...
After the keg is purged (filled with sanitizer then pushed out) I hook up the racking cane to the "OUT" post of the keg and then push the finished beer from the carboy into the keg. I pull the pressure relief so the CO2 can escape as the beer fills the keg.
And yes, I do oxygenate my wort prior...
It can also take a purplish hue to it... making it go from one of the most beautiful beers you've ever seen to looking very much like dirty pond water.
Here's an example of an intentionally oxidized NEIPA https://twitter.com/ScottJanish/status/901497157571792897
