Just got finished harvesting and drying my first yield of hops from my nugget plant. Only yielded 2.25oz all dried but I’m still very happy. Whole thing was a rewarding experience. Now what to brew with it...

I know this is old but winter of our discontent is absolutely terrific and not in the typical Steinbeck cannon (I don’t think)

I’m new to homebrewing here in DC but play softball and have some friends out fairfax way. You guys every do a swap or something, don’t forget us district folks! Also, second the praise for this here site, which has been a real nice thing to have during this horrid pandemic.

had my stopper fall in on brew day, had to fish it out. i was as careful as i could be. beer has been fermenting fine but is slowing down after about 7 days. is my beer infected? obviously going to keep watching it and plan to bottle it regardless, but i am curious
