    Made a batch of American wheat for just that. Also, as an in intended consequence, finally got my FIL enjoying my stuff as he's a MGD only guy, but man he downs my wheat beer like its going out of style.

    Don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I sweeten to about half that and it'd still a little sweet to my taste, now now that I'm on the second half of the keg, it's starting to get tart again. Is that just me? Or did I get all of the sugar in the first pints I pulled?

    That's what I'm using. Got a bag (cylindrical) big enough for a keggle plus a hop spider bag out of a $5 clearance voile curtain from Walmart.

    On a degassing note: is there something I don't know? I put my degassing wand connect to my drill in my carboy, did a small burst, 2-3 seconds, to see what would happen.
