    SAME REASON HERE. As for the legs. I have a piece of angle iron that I will notch and bend into a square for a new top and weld 2" square legs in the corners. "I like a sturdy kettle holding my BREW"

    I can relate to that. I've been building my brew stand for a long time now. I plan on using a air conditioner to building something similar at some point. I'll be sure to refer to this post when I do. Keep us updated on your build.

    I also wonder if you are going to get enough cooling from the frost type cooling the mini fridge uses. I imagine you will have some steep temp changes from one side to the other. Unless you plan on circulating the air somehow. Even if so, why did you keep the fridge box, you could have ripped it...

    I've used it with out a pump. But its easier with the pump. The wort can be moved with a siphon tho. Or check out chuggerpumps.com

    Kab4 stand Modificaation

    Soon I hope... Damn free time is so hard to come by.. My other modification is to weld angle steel is a square, and attach it to the top of the legs on the KAB4. Then I will use square tube to weld on 4 new legs.. I've been able to use the burners. So my free time has gone to brewing...
